Chereads / Slave Money for my Mother / Chapter 8 - Chapter 8

Chapter 8 - Chapter 8

Seeing her bag scattered on the floor made Yuni feel helpless, she didn't expect that the money she had been collecting all this time would disappear because her mother had taken it by force.

"Son, you should rest and don't regret what has happened." The father's words calmed Yuni's sad heart.

"Dad, I'm sorry Yuni couldn't take Dad for treatment. The money is for Dad's medical expenses that Yuni has been collecting all this time." Yuni said sobbing again because she felt sorry for being so stupid that she didn't save her money properly so that her mother could find out.

"No need to be sad anymore, Dad is okay. You can get treatment at any time, the most important thing is that you are always healthy for Dad." Said the father, who was actually angry at his wife who always favored Yuni. He always squeezes Yuni's energy to get money, while her two older siblings are left to laze around at home.

Yuni nodded in accordance with her father's wishes to rest. After Mr. Doni left his son's room, Yuni looked back at the ceiling of his room.

"Oh Allah, when will my life change, and my mother will love me like she loves my two older brothers." Yuni said in her heart while tears were in her eyes.

Yuni cried so hard that without realizing it, she fell asleep.

The next morning, Yuni felt her body ache, perhaps as a result of last night's tiredness from working in two places.

"YUNIII.....!!!!" Nina's mother's screams echoed throughout the narrow house, she felt angry because Yuni hadn't prepared breakfast so early.

Yuni stretched her body a little, she didn't hear her mother's screams, but her body hurt so much it was as if her bones had fallen out of her body.

"This kid, why is he still being lazy." Nina cursed as she continued to grumble towards Yuni's room.

Mr. Doni, who had just come out of the bathroom, immediately grabbed his wife's hand and said.

"Okay, don't bother Yuni now. Her body is probably tired, as a mother, don't you have any compassion in your heart for your daughter?" Pak Doni shouted at his wife who was going to Yuni's room.

"You always defend your child, what's the point of having a child like him who can't be strong like a boy," said Mrs. Nina angrily at her husband.

"Even though she is the only daughter, she is the only one who has been giving you money to feed this family," shouted Mr. Doni as he stepped into Yuni's room to see how she was doing. Because he felt sorry for Yuni's physical condition, who had to work day and night.

With tears in the corners of his eyes, Mr. Doni let out a breath that felt short of breath. As a father, he felt useless because he hurt his child like that.

After wiping his eyes which were wet with tears, Mr Doni knocked on the door of his son's house.
