Yuri open his eyes and see that he was lying in bed of his quarters alone probably since he was collapse during entering the warpgate event went wrong.
Furthermore, the image of memories of countless battles of Supremacy in many galaxies weren't part of game's storyline at all.
Even he saw a screen where his name on it which is something off.

While the [Modify] is the responsible for changing the elements of the data description by adding and removing some of it into a new variant the next time he use the [Materialize] ability.

Yuri realizes that this system was not a hindrance to his goal but already tailored specific to him as this can make his 3rd route walkthrough easier to manuever.

Yuri concludes the first test as he raised his right hand and closes his eyes once again with same process when he use the [Scan] as he picture of a lightsaber appearing on his right hand.
