Kubera looked around outside the bookstore, because it was close to the afternoon there were a lot of people walking around campus. Most of these people however were in friend groups! This made it a lot harder to target someone.
The people that did look like good targets were some carrying nice looking backpacks, jewelry and accessories like golden necklaces, but these people were amongst the friend groups he saw.
He did see people alone but most of them looked ordinary, and the few that did stood out were sitting on a bench or table doing their own work, so he couldn't do anything to them unless he risk getting caught.
Seeing this, he realized he'd need to check places where people could be alone without anyone else around, such as the study area on the second floor in Dojo Hall! Remembering this place, he decided he'd check it out first. But before that, he also remembered the cameras and other ways he could be exposed like if the person he knocks out remembers his face. He checked his backpack and found the mask the system mentioned when he first entered this AOI, he decided however to not put it on yet.
If someone sees him enter with what he has and the person remembers, he could be caught because of the witness and even from the camera footage comparing him to his masked self. With this he came up with a plan.
He entered Dojo hall with a hoodie on and found a men's bathroom with a couple stalls in there and a mirror above the sink, the 2 cameras in Dojo Hall luckily didn't look in the bathroom area. He was currently wearing a pair of jeans with a white t-shirt and black hoodie. He went into the stall in the back, locked it and took off his hoodie and put on a mask.
He kept his hoodie in his backpack and crawled under the stall and went to the sink to wash and change his hair appearance! He slicked it back and didn't care about the loose hair that stood out. With his appearance changed and a place to keep his stuff safe, he left the bathroom and went to the second floor into the study area and started looking into the rooms from the door window into the private study rooms.

"Html today huh? This should be easy."
A student wearing a white collar shirt with a gold chain under it, black slack pants, black dress shoes and a pair of white EarPods in his ears was currently in a quiet study room he rented for the day in Dojo hall with a laptop on the table he was sitting at. His name was Jose and this was his first year here at Reservoir Community College.
He decided to major into computer science because of the rise in technology the past few years, so he knew this field guaranteed him a lot of money.
His family came from Mexico and entered America illegally years ago but settled down here in California. Because he was born in California he had become a citizen, and with the help from his hard working parents he was able to succeed in highschool and get into college in hopes of bringing financial freedom to his family and himself.
Just as he was deep into thought writing code in html, he felt an arm wrap around his throat and his whole body get pulled back on the chair he was sitting on!
"URGGGGHHH!" Jose grabbed onto the man's arm and tried to pull it away from his throat. He couldn't see who it was but he could tell they attempted a sleeper hold but must not have gotten the arm and hand placements right or didn't know how to get a proper sleeper hold in.
He side stepped out the chair while still being pulled back by the man and spread out his legs, bending down slightly forward before kicking his right leg forward and donkey kicking the man behind him!
"OOOF-" The air was kicked out the man's lungs who was currently choking him, causing his arm to loosen for a moment, which is just the moment Jose was looking for.

Kubera looked into the rooms from the door window into the study rooms, seeing groups of people studying in the first few rooms he saw. The few rooms after that were empty until he saw one with a man currently looking at his laptop typing away. He didn't hesitate and opened the door as quietly as possible and closed it quietly as well, sneaking behind him and crouching behind his chair.
'Nari, how can I knock this person out quickly?'
(Because you haven't talked to him or made any contact with him yet I can't gather any soul power from him. Because he hasn't noticed you yet from the looks of it, wrap your left arm around his throat and grab onto your right arm with your left hand, and with your right arm, grab the back of his head and pull back to restrict the blood flow, which will eventually knock him out.)
Hearing this, he stood up and did as instructed, wrapping his arms and placing his hand on the back of the man's head as quickly as possible.
The man struggled and grabbed his arm to try and free himself but couldn't. He then was able to get out of his chair, 'Not good!' Kubera struggled to restrict his throat and choke him out, the man before him seemed to be strong and adapted quickly!
That's when it hit him, a foot to his stomach!
"OOOF-" He didn't see the back kick at all since he could only see the back of the man's head and his upper back since he was trying to pull back and choke him! His grip loosened and then the man who was already grabbing onto his arm with both hands, pulled Kubera's left arm forward with both his hands, then pushed his hips back into him and pulled his arm down, which caused Kubera to fly over the man's hips onto the ground!
*BOOM*
"AGHH!!" When Kubera hit the ground, he felt his legs hit the ground the hardest since they landed first and then his whole back, and even his arm that the man was still grabbing!
*PING PING PING PING*
(Shit. Sorry Kubera, but I'm taking over.)
'WHAT-' before he could ask what she meant, he felt he lost all senses in his body except sight and hearing! Luckily this meant for now he didn't feel any pain. He then saw his body start to move on his own, and even the thoughts Nari seemed to have as everything was going on started to be heard and felt!

'Because Kubera and the man started engaging in physical combat, I've gathered some of his soul power and this man is beyond dangerous..'
Because Nari was bounded to Kubera via soul, she was more then aware how to use this body and it's limits, but it's because of this she realized how bad this situation was.
Because her soul was beyond anything humans could comprehend, she could easily break through the mental and physical limits Kubera's vessel had. This meant each second with her in control added damage to the vessel!
The vessel couldn't handle the fast flow of thoughts and the new power flowing through the body, even with Nari doing her best to restrain herself! Nari realized that she had: 8 seconds to deal with this man before the vessel reaches a breaking point, 12 seconds for the vessel to suffer major internal damage, causing Kubera and her own soul to weaken greatly and 15 seconds before she can't control the body any longer as both her and Kubera's soul would be severely damaged.
All of these thoughts Nari had didn't even take a second! She realized through some of the soul power from this man that he was using Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, one of the major martial arts in this world. Accompanied with his 5'9 height and 170 lbs large frame that was mostly muscles, it was no wonder the vessel suffered a lot of damage from that throw.
She realized the best method to beat this man quickly would be through Jiu Jitsu as well, fighting fire with fire!
'The man is currently attempting an arm bar while I'm down from his ippon seoi nage, in that case..'
She used her right arm and moved it over next to her left hand and grabbed her right wrist with her left hand before the man could lay down. She then used her right hand and grabbed onto the man's right wrist that was grabbing onto her left arm.
'2 seconds.' she reminded herself that 2 seconds had passed. With her grips in place, everything was ready. She shrimped her hips back and let go of her right wrist while keeping her right hand grip on the man and launched her legs, with her left leg going under her right arm and her right leg around.
Her legs wrapped around the man's neck with her right calf on his neck and her left leg over her right ankle, she was attempting a triangle choke before he could armbar!
'4 seconds.'
"WHAT-" the man blurted out, he didn't expect the man who didn't have a proper sleeper hold to put him in a triangle, and with such speed as well! He let go of her arm and tried to free his right arm, but Nari wouldn't let him get away.
The moment Nari felt her left arm was free, she grabbed hold of the man's right arm and pulled with both her arms, pulling his right arm across her stomach. This brought his head closer with both her legs pushing him towards her and her arms pulling him closer. With his right arm across her stomach, his arm was being pushed against his own head! She kept her right hand gripped on his wrist and grabbed his head with her left hand and squeezed her knees together, causing the triangle choke to tighten.
'6 seconds.' With not much time left, she had no choice but to give the senses back to Kubera.
'Brace yourself Kubera and keep your knees squeezed tightly!' with her warning, she gave control back to Kubera.

"URGHHH!!!" Kubera was watching all of this happen and trying to understand all of Nari's thoughts as he watched the scene play out when she took control. He didn't understand most of anything as her thoughts just went by way too fast! It was only a second ago that she slowed her thoughts down to give him that warning, so he prepared his best but still didn't expect for his brain and whole body to be assaulted with pain!
Nonetheless, he squeezed his knees together and kept his grips, mostly because it gave him something to hold onto as he endured the pain. The man between his legs was currently staring daggers at him but was turning very red! Luckily Kubera had his whole appearance changed so he could change back later and escape hopefully without him being able to be discovered as the assailant.
After a couple more seconds, the man eyes rolled into his head and closed as his whole body went limp. Kubera, still enduring all the pain, kept him in a tight choke for another couple seconds just to be safe, then let go.
"Huff.. Huff.. Urghh.." He tried catching his breath while laying on the ground, he had a massive headache and his whole body was sore, especially his left arm and lower legs.
*PING
(20 seconds before he wakes up. Grab the man's wallet, it's in his right pocket, and take any cash he has and get out.)
With that reminder, he struggled up and took out the wallet from the man's pocket, finding 2 $100 dollar bills and 4 $20 dollar bills. He stuffed this into his pocket and placed the wallet back in the man's pocket. As he was about to leave, he saw the golden chain on the man's neck. He fiddled with it until he found a hook and unhooked it and stuffed it in his pocket as well. With his newly found wealth secured, he slowly left the study room.
Kubera sped walk out of there and did his best to hide his pain and control his breathing in case anyone looked over at him. When he finally arrived in the bathroom, he crawled back into his stall, took his water bottle out of his backpack and downed half of the bottle before having to throw up in the toilet. This was exhaustion he hadn't felt in forever.

Hearing this, he checked his mini map and saw no officers were nearby for now, but he knew it wouldn't be long until they arrived. So after a few more seconds sitting next to the toilet, he removed his mask and put on his hoodie, placed his newly found money and chain into his backpack and washed his hair in the sink and scrunched it, bringing back most of his curls.
With his original look back and through grit teeth, he walked out of Dojo hall. As he was walking out looking for a bench, he saw multiple red dots approaching the building through different entrances on his mini map. They looked like they were surrounding it! He had left just in the brink of time.
