There was so much that required to be done. She still remembered when she was dealing with the first village. It took her nearly a year for the village to be livable.
The lack of funds mostly caused the delay. Since she had to fund the whole project with her savings, she did it slowly and scoured everywhere for cheaper materials and some of the things were done personally.
And that reduced the costs greatly. However, this time, she wasn't going to do too much work. She wanted the best at an affordable price without putting too much strain on the people she loved.
And since she knew the people, she needed to contact; it was going to be faster this time.
