After bringing the bags inside, Darica didn't chase the three away but right there opened one of the bags and took everything out of the bag.
The bag was filled with items she had brought back for the three. With a lot of money that wasn't hers to spend, Darica wasn't stingy and did her best to buy her uncles and shameless aunt some new things.
Just like her, the three weren't well off, so once a chance was found, it didn't hurt to grasp it.
"I bought this for you," she told them flatly as she handed each one of them their items.
"This … really? You didn't have to?" Travis looked troubled as he accepted the gift Darica had brought.
Even Craig's expression didn't look right and Darica knew exactly what they were thinking about.
"I didn't spend a single cent. So, take it with ease!" she said as she answered some questions they hadn't asked yet.
Upon hearing that, they all heaved a sigh of relief.
"That's good then."
