Dinner went exceptionally well and Darica mostly was more relieved as she was welcomed warmly, something that she wasn't expecting much.
She knew how difficult it was for her to be accepted and welcomed with such open arms. She was a difficult person to handle from the beginning and with how strong-minded she was, it would be a miracle if she didn't manage to piss others off in the process.
So, seeing that the grandmother, mother and father liked her, at least for now, she was at ease as she lay on the bed.
As for the sister, Darica wasn't concerned with her. She could tell from the start that the girl wanted trouble, but she wasn't willing to play along.
As long as Diana remained in her lane, Darica wouldn't be bothered with her at all. After all, she was in a relationship with Duke and not Diana.
It's been a long day for her, and she needed some rest.
