FOREST EDGE PRISON
Xavier was a bit gloomy as he was escorted back to his cell. After not seeing his child for five years in person, he only got to see her for two hours and that wasn't enough.
And seeing how happy she was, he felt upset and sad that he wasn't there to guide her and protect her from whatever issues she faced when he wasn't there.
Even though she was doing well now, he wanted to accompany her as soon as possible and be with her every moment to take care of her. But that would be two years in the future, and that was just too far for him.
"Aren't you supposed to be happy? Didn't you see the person that you wanted to see the most?" a snide remark suddenly sounded in Xavier's ears, as he was lost in his thoughts.
Upon hearing that, Xavier stopped in his track and looked at the young man who loved pestering him as if he was some stalker.
