After two hours of driving, the huge walls finally came into view. Seeing the prison in person for the first time, Duke became even more nervous, as he didn't know what to expect once he entered the room.
As for Darica, her expression was unreadable as she looked at the walls she had once looked at, for hours before but was cowardly to enter the gates.
The thought of seeing her carefree godfather being restrained in such a box made her feel repulsed and sick that she didn't want to think about it.
But now, it was time for her to go and see him. After all, he wasn't wrong in a way. Everything that he did, he did it for her, and she was too blind to see it back then.
"Let's go inside!" Duke urged nervously as he looked at Darica who was in a daze.
Upon hearing Duke's urge, Darica began to move and moments later, the two were walking towards the gate without holding much.
