"You womanizing piece of shit! We've been waiting here for you for the past half hour and you're busily chasing a lady like a horny dog?" Lois berated, her great chest heaving in anger.
"It's good to see you too, Lois. Sup Malone?" Tian Xu said, putting his hand forward for a handshake with Malone.
"Don't you dare brush this matter off! You've been incorrigible lately and you need to be taught a lesson!" Lois replied.
Malone left his hand hanging awkwardly so Tian Xu cleared his throat and put his hand to his side again.
He looked at Malone with a look of betrayal. That guy didn't respect the bro code at all!
At least help a brother out, Tian Xu whined inwardly but it was clear Malone didn't want anything to do with him for the time being… or until Lois calmed down.
"Xu, I'm talking to you. Look over here!" Lois snapped her fingers under Tian Xu's nose.
"Huh?" he looked back at Lois but unintentionally, his eyes landed on her 'assets.' Was it him or every time he met Lois they kept growing bigger? He wondered.
Noticing where he was looking at, Lois smacked him on the top of his head.
"Ow!" Tian rubbed his head sorely, moving out of the range of Lois' hand.
"Next time you stare at my tits openly like that I will castrate you. Is that clear?" Lois threatened.
Tian Xu gulped and nodded.
"You've wasted enough of our time already. Let's get going," Lois said and headed for the exit.
Behind her, Tian Xu and Malone followed closely.
"Why'd you leave me hanging like that?" Tian Xu complained.
"And attract her aggro? No thanks bud. I wanna live long," Malone shrugged helplessly.
"Besides you're not the only one who had an earful today. I received mine about an hour ago. We're all in the same boat," Malone smiled wryly.
"I sense where your eyes are straying to, Tian, and I don't like it! I will kick your balls if you look at my ass again," Lois threatened.
Tian Xu smiled helplessly.
Lois' senses were as sharp as ever!
Despite their protests, Lois forced Malone and Tian Xu to walk in front of her to prevent their eyes from straying to where it didn't belong.
They excited the aviation building and walked over to a sleek hovercar parked close to the building.
"Nice ride bro. You have good taste," Tian Xu whistled as he eyed the expensive looking hovercar appreciatively.
"Money is meant to be spent bro. I've a shitload of credits gathering dust in my account. The least I can do is spend it," Malone shrugged and opened the hovercar, allowing Tian Xu and Lois to get in.
"Isn't that the same for us all?" Tian Xu chuckled.
The Dusk Organization was quite generous.
Their agents on earth, no matter their level, never lacked money.
Their top hackers could place huge sums of money into the accounts of agents without causing suspicion and they could also convert their mission points into money.
Either way, money was never a problem.
Tian Xu owned a personal mansion in the Eastern sector and a few luxury hovercars. He was having hundreds of millions in his account.
Lois too was the same only that she owned far more property than him.
She had even once bought an entire street to get rid of a nightclub whose bouncers had ogled her openly!
Even though they were all extremely wealthy, Malone was the richest out of all of them and even many Dusk agents stationed on earth.
His fortune was worth over 150 billion credits!
He spent most of it on cool gadgets, dangerous weapons and any technological objects which caught his fancy.
The reason why he had so much money was because his needs were very high.
Malone's power was Eagle eye Precision, a power which allowed him to be as precise as the movement of time itself!
His eyes could pick out weak spots invisible even to awakened eyes and he was an expert sharpshooter who never missed his targets, no matter the distance.
After all, his power was precision so how could he miss?
Of course, without any personal AoE attacks and high offensive capabilities like Tian Xu and Lois, Malone had to focus on the use of guns and other long range weapons.
He had even traded with alien merchants on DAUN, commissioning the making of special bullets made out of unique alien alloys which were sharp and powerful enough to kill awakened even at the Domain realm!
"So what's left before we leave for the Western sector?" Tian Xu asked.
"We're going to my place to pick my stuff up. We'll take my Thunderhawk B11 hovercraft to the Western sector after.
My stuff won't make it past the aviation checkpoint," Malone replied.
Tian Xu nodded.
He knew Malone's gadgets and weapons were quite… high end.
The possibility of him being arrested as a suspect for terrorism was quite high.
"What about the mission? Did boss share any juicy info with y'all?" he inquired again.
"It's a two-in-one mission. Richter's taking one mission alone while we take the other. They're both linked though," Lois replied.
With the speed at which Malone drove his luxury hovercar, it didn't take long for them to arrive at his house, a semi isolated mansion located quite some distance away from civilization.
Malone drove his hovercar into the mansion's garage and the car elevator took them down to the underground base where he stored most of his high end stuff.
"You're vain," Tian Xu complained as he checked out the hundreds of luxury hovercars parked in the large underground base.
"I'll take that as a compliment," Malone chuckled.
Tian Xu and Lois took seats to wait for Malone.
AI bots served them cool drinks and snacks while they watched Malone recheck his weapons and guns.
Malone's hands expertly opened up the various laser rifles while his eagle sharp gaze examined their insides to make sure it was all in good condition.
He loaded charges and bullets into each of the weapons and fired at lined up targets in the distance.
Satisfied with their performance he reloaded them again and arranged them neatly on his worktable.
He went to a huge door by the wall and typed the password in.
It opened and he took out a sinister looking rifle which made the other rifles he had been checking look like children's toys.
Tian Xu and Lois stared at the menace in his hand in surprise.
He knew that Malone's equipment was hardcore but he didn't know it was this hardcore!
"Hey, isn't that an AN-247? That's illegal!" Tian Xu exclaimed.
AN-247 rifles were banned rifles because they possessed sufficient power to kill or seriously injure peak domain realm experts!
If a weapon like that was allowed in circulation, it meant even an Enlightenment realm awakened could one-shot a Domain realm expert with minimal effort!
It was a cheat weapon.
"Uh huh. It's an alien prototype, specially modified and shit. I can even injure an early Transcendent realm beast or person with this baby as long as he's restrained or his guard is down," Malone caressed the sinister weapon as if it was the love of his life.
"It can fire a bullet at speeds of 17,984 ft/s. They won't know what hit them," Malone bragged, running his fingers down the side of the wicked looking weapon.
"That fast?" Lois blurted.
This meant that bullets fired from this gun would travel at an insane speed of close to 5,500 meters per second!
It covered 5km in just a second!
Malone nodded.
"If anyone catches you with one you're screwed," Tian Xu replied.
"Mm. That's why those whom I allow to see don't know me, are dead already, or members of the organization like you two," said Malone.
"If not for that, y'all would have been dead already," he added, cocking the AN-247 at Tian Xu and Lois.
"If you dare point one of your toys in my direction again I will incinerate your hands," Lois said coolly, looking at Malone with a dangerous gaze.
She didn't even panic when a weapon which could easily kill her was pointed in her direction!
"Sorry," Malone apologized sheepishly and returned to his worktable with the sinister weapon.
He opened it up, double checked the components, dusted them and finally put it back together again.
"Not going to test it?" Tian Xu asked as he watched Malone put it away.
"Nah. It's dangerous," Malone replied while he walked into one of the many rooms in the underground base, leaving Tian Xu with Lois.
A couple of minutes later, Malone came out again.
This time he had changed into a black turtleneck sweater which had the impressionable bulge of nano armor hidden underneath it.
He had also switched his previous faded jeans for special black cargo pants with two daggers stuck to his waist belt.
Complete with dark knee-length boots, Malone's outfit was complete.
"You look like a hitman," Tian Xu teased.
"Technically, I am a hitman," Malone smirked as he packed his weapons into two huge black cases.
"I'm done. Let's go," Malone said.
"You took forever. It's like you're a snail or something," Lois said, rolling her eyes.
She and Tian Xu followed Malone as he led them into one of the larger doors.
Behind it was an extremely sleek hovercraft, painted black and light gray. It was shaped like a huge hawk and it certainly was an impressive piece of technology.
Malone typed a command into his comm and a hatch opened up on the side of the hovercraft, allowing a ramp to slide down.
"Get in folks," he said, heading to the cockpit of the hovercraft.
"Wait a minute. Where the fuck did you put my stuff?" Lois frowned at Malone.
"Oops," Tian Xu chuckled as he watched Malone shift around uncomfortably.
He had made a grave mistake of forgetting about Lois' stuff!
Malone eyed Tian Xu frantically to bail him out but Tian Xu just wore his shades and looked away coolly.
Payback was a bitch.
"Bring me my stuff or else I'll wreck your hovercraft. How much did you buy it?
About 800 million credits, right? plus cost of modification and all it's about a billion credits huh?
Beautiful. If I don't see my stuff in front of me by the count of 10, I'll wreck your billion credit bird!" Lois threatened.
"Aiyo! Chill! Chill! I'm bringing it! There's no need to wreck my bird!" Malone lifted his hands up to placate Lois.
"Ten, nine, eight…" Lois ignored him and started to count down.
A blazing ball of red flames formed in Lois' palms causing Malone to break out in a cold sweat.
Even though Lois had the fire element like Tian Xu, her flames were on a different level!
While Tian Xu's flames could be concentrated and made semi-solid to form platforms and lasers like Richter, Lois' flames were the explosive kind.
Just a small ball of flames she conjured could cause a huge explosion which would destroy everything in the radius of the explosion or cause damages!
Sure, Malone's Thunderhawk could tank Lois' attack but it sure as hell would dent it and wreck the paintjob and some other minor components.
Malone would have to pay tens of millions for damages.
Just because he was wealthy didn't mean he would allow his stuff to be damaged. Not if he could help it.
"Four, three, two. One. Say goodbye to your Thunderhawk, Malone," Lois said as she prepared to hurl the fireball in her palms at the hovercraft.
"Wait! It's here!" Malone pleaded.
Right on cue, a robot rushed in with a suitcase.
"That's better," Lois smiled and dispelled her flames, causing Malone to heave a sigh of relief.
Tian Xu got into the Thunderhawk with Lois while Malone prepped his bird for liftoff.
A hatch opened above the Thunderhawk, revealing the clear morning skies.
Slowly, the Thunderhawk rose from the hatch and into the open air. Its thrusters lit up and it blasted off into the distance at supersonic speed, headed west.
