Andrea looked at them before she said " You are thinking about buying the Building?" John and Bill just Nodded before they walked in. Alex and Alice went with Andrea up to her Apartment. While John and Bill went to Unit One
They knocked on the door and waited. Soon the Door was open and there was an elderly couple inside.
John and Bill were invited in " Please come in and have a seat" Sitting Down they both said " Thank you for seeing us so quickly"
The Couple just nodded " This is all the paperwork and the information need for the sale" Handing them the File. John and Bill opened the File and read through it everything seemed straight forward. Looking at each other before turning back to the couple " We will Take it, we can pay directly"
The couple just looked at them " That would be great, we would like to retire" John and Bill smiled " we just need your payment information and I will transfer the funds to you" John reading through the ownership details and signing the paperwork. Transferring the Money and it was done.
Shaking their hands " Pleasure doing business with you" John looked at Bill " What do you think about asking Andrea if she would like to Manage the place"
Bill nodded " That is a great idea at least she will be able to work and look after Johnny at the same time"
The couple had heard what the boys were saying "Are you talking about the couple from unit 5" The Boys looked at them " Yes we were, we met them at the Mall today" John just had a thought "Sugar we need to call a locksmith, to change her locks so that despicable excuse of a human being cannot get in"
Bill took out his phone and found and emergency locksmith and gave them a call. After hanging up " Hunny they will be here in less then an hour" Turning back to the couple " Sorry about that, but we needed to get it done as soon as possible" The Couple just asked " It is Fine, But what happened is Andrea and Johnny alright?" John and Bill just nodded " They will be I am sure, Andrea seems strong, Johnny is to young to understand but he will be fine" The couple looked at each other before asking "Where is her Husband did something happen" John shook his head " Excuse my language but that son of bitch doesn't even deserve to be called a man, and I hope Karma bits him big time"
Bill held His Hands John shut his eyes and took a deep breath. Bill looked at them " Sorry, People who cheat just riles him up" After talking for awhile longer John and Bill left to go to talk to Andrea. They left walked up to her apartment. Knocking on the door Alex opened it up.
Walking in they found Andrea in the lounge area trying to figure out where to start packing. "Andrea can we ask you Something" Looking up at the boys she nodded. Continuing " Would you be interested in Managing this Apartment building, because we just bought it"
She just looked at them " You just bought the building?" The Boys just Nodded " Yes". While she was momentarily lost in thought there was another knock on the Door. Alex answered it again "Is Mr Walker Jackson Here?"
Bill walked over "Yes Sir, Thank you for coming so quickly, We need the Locks on this Apartment Changed, we would like the most secure locks you have please" The man Nodded and Got to work.
Andrea finally coming out of her thoughts looked at John and Bill. " Are you Serious, we just met but you want to give me a Job" John smiled " Yes, we do if you manage this apartment building for us your apartment is included and you can be home and have Johnny with you" Bill looked at her " So what do you think, you will also have a great salary on top.
Andrea thinking about it for a minute nodded "Yes I would love to do that thank you" John and Bill smiled "Good, I will set up a business account tonight and add you as the signatory for an maintenance that is needed"
Soon the Locksmith was finished as well "Sir here are the new Keys and The invoice"
John paid it immediately "The Payment has been sent thank you again for do that so quickly" John turned around and handed the keys to Andrea " Here are your new Keys all your locks have been changed" Andrea had tears in her eyes and she gave John and Bill a Hug "Thank you so Much for everything you have done"
They stayed for a little while longer before they had to leave "We have to get going, we will come by in the Morning and give you the Account information and also we can accompany you to court house if you like" Andrea Nodded that would be great thank you" Just before they left John remembered something. "Andrea do have an account that you can use that your Husband does not have access too, so I can transfer some money over now, so you can buy food and stuff"
Andrea thinking "Yes, I still have mine personal one but have not used it in awhile" Get the number John transferred the Money Over." There you go, if you have trouble tonight call the Police then call us okay"
With that they all left heading down to their cars while they were walking they received a message saying the Furniture was on the way. Alex and Alice said " The Mall is open till midnight so we can always go back there after" John and Bill Nodded " Alright lets head out to get the Furniture in"
A few hours later all the Furniture was and set up. John also set up a new account for Sunset Apartments and put Andrea down as Signatory. When everything was Done John,Bill,Alex and Alice decided to go back to the Mall and finish what they were going to do earlier.
