John Taking the Folder and having a look at it "This is amazing sir, I definitely think this is a great idea, Bill and I will have look around and figure out the best place"
Mr Simpson Smiled "Really, that would be great thank you" John replied " It is My Pleasure sir,We wanted to use part of the land to expand the university and this is a great place to start"
After they talked for few minutes John left and headed back towards his class room. When he arrived he checked all his emails and answered what he needed to. He then went over his Students list to see if he had any new ones, He found a few more requesting some help preparing for the end of year assignments. So he booked them into his schedule.
John had 10 Permanent students who he saw weekly plus a lot more that he sees on a casual basis when they need help. After writing a few reports he was getting hungry so he decided to go to the cafeteria for some food. He took Mr Simpsons proposal with him so he could read through it.
He got there got his food and sat down, While he was eating and reading Bill and his friends walked in got their food then sat down. Bill Sitting next to John Lent over "I missed you My Love" John Smiled "I missed you too" and they ended up Crashing their lips on each other.
When they pulled apart Bill Asked " What you working on " John handed him The Folder "Mr Simpson had a Proposal for us, I think it will be an excellent addition"
Bill reading through the Proposal "I would be a great start" John continuing " We Just have to pick the best place to build it." So they finished their lunch and decided to go for a walk to scope out the best place to build the new garage area.
While walking around they found a great place that would be perfect to build it. While checking the place out they ended up crashing their lips on each other up against a tree. They Started roaming their hands over one another bodies until their hands made there way into each others pants rubbing their hot hard members until they exploded with a moan.
Holding each other until they calmed down Bill said "I needed that" John just Groaned " Yes Me too" After a while they walked back discussing the new Garage.
John said" We need to get the trees cleared first,we could store the timber for later use" Bill continued " We should Build a storage Shed that could be used for Storage but we would have to clear more trees, so we should get all the trees cleared in one go"
John Nodded " What do you think about an acre around all sides of the University Current space that should give us ample room to start expanding?" Bill Grinned pulling John into his arms "I Love how your mind works," They just stood there and held each other until they realized it was passed the time for Bill to be back in his Class.
Walking back in John took Bill back to his room "Sorry for being late Sir" Mr Stevens Just nodded and Bill took his seat and John went back to his room and went online to find a company to clear the land after find one her called them. "Afternoon I am looking for a company to clear some land for me, Yes I was think to keep the timber for later use as well, That's great could you send someone out to Cooke University to discuss what I need to get the cost sorted please, Thank you just call me when you arrive I will come out meet you, Just look for a Big Red and Black Pick up truck you can't miss it"
After that he hung up and got back to work on his reports and an Hour later he got a call for the representative of the Logging Company. He put down what he was doing and walked out side. " Afternoon I am John Walker Jackson thank you for coming out" The Man Shook his hand " Not a Problem, so What is the area that need to be cleared,?"
John took the man for a quick walk "We need about an acre cleared on all sides of the University grounds, We want to built some new facilities, so we thought if we got some of the land all cleared at once it would make it easier in the future,"
The Man Nodded " That should be easy enough, They Timber I was told you wanted to keep it" John replied " Yes my Husband and I thought it would be good to keep it for future Projects, so it is not wasted, we are not sure what to do with it yet"
The man thinking about "We could arrange to get it processed into different cuts, that way you can use it for building or even wood chips for gardens" John Nodded " That would be perfect lets do that since it will be a lot" The man Made notes and asked " Do you have anywhere in particular you want to store everything?" John replied "Not Sure yet, We could build somewhere to store it or buy something close by I will look into it this afternoon, This land is 400 hectares so I am sure we can figure out something"
They walked back over to the car park and The man said " I will go back to the Office now and email you the quote and payment option by this afternoon" Shaking His hand " Thank you that would be great I can pay for it immediately, so we can get this job done as quickly as we can"
The Man said " Not a problem it can take a week if we have enough crews working" John nodded " All right, figured out how many workers you need to get it done and add it to the price thank you again" The man then got in his car and left and John went back to do his work.
About an Hour later Bill walked in " Hunny Bear are you ready to go home " John looked up " Yes Let's Go, I had the logging company here awhile ago , they a going to email me though the cost to get it all cleared and also process all the timer into different cuts that can be used for building and landscaping Projects."
While he was talking he had packed up his desk and stood up "We just have to decide where to store everything, whether on the property or buy something that can be used as a timber yard"
Bill Smiled "Your brain is working overtime I need to take you home for some thought distraction" John Grinned " I would love that" and they practically ran out of there. When they got home Bill led John upstairs and started to distract his thoughts for the next two hours.
When they both exploded they laid there completely out of breath.
