He paid Extra so the Office Furniture would arrive Quickly. He also Ordered Stationary Supplies which will be delivered in an Hour.
While he was waiting John decided to write a mission Statement. He also Drafted a couple of introduction letters to send to the shelters,Orphanages and the schools. He also set up a Business Bank account for Wage Payments,emergencies and maintenance which he deposited 10 Billion dollars into.
Shortly after he realized and hour had passed and two delivery Vans arrives with the Furniture and stationary. John told them to put the furniture up in the offices and the stationary on the table.
He thanked them and they left Just then the Four employees arrived after greeting them John explained "I am going to hire all four of you. You will each be in charge of a different area. Managing the Apartments, Grocery and delivery,The Gift cards and Vouchers, Finally I Need one of you to Do The Books keeping the financial records and inventory records, you will also be helping out with the School Fee Scholarship referrals."

They then discussed who would run which department the John Handed them all their Job Description Folders and a set of Keys. John told them he just got the office furniture delivered up to the offices and the stationary is on the table you can set you offices up the way you like.
John Just remembered something. He asked the the person in charge of the account to call and get the phones connected along with the internet, we should also set up Email accounts.
