I even called my husband so formally, so there was nothing awkward in it.
He then placed the order and the waiter left, minutes later they served the table and I dug in right away, since I had breakfast I didn't eat again.
There was a lot of drama today, a lot was an understatement…the amount of drama today could last me for a year.
"So, do you still live with your parents?" He asked and I nodded, what was I supposed to say?
"Oh, that's good…I live alone, it's been a year or something I haven't seen my parents. So you must be lucky" he added.
"Oh" I said, then I remembered it was only normal for me to ask what happened.
"So, why haven't you seen your parents for so long?"
"I left home to prove them wrong" he said and I nodded, I shouldn't ask further because it was his personal life.
After thirty minutes, the waiter cleared the table and I checked the time "The client, he still isn't here" I said and he nodded.
