"Could you stop being like this? Otherwise, I won't know how to live when you're not by my side."
Qin Xue thought, she would have to live her life on her own eventually. It'd be nice if Chu Molin could always accompany her, but that's not possible, is it?
"If you still don't know how to live when I spoil you, that means I haven't spoiled you enough or well enough." Chu Molin ruffled her hair and commented.
"You know that's not what I mean." Qin Xue pouted and glared at him.
"Then what do you mean?" Chu Molin knew exactly what she meant, but he asked just to tease her.
There's nothing he could do about it, though. After all, both he and his wife are military personnel. So, even though he knew her thoughts, he was powerless to help.
The path they chose is theirs to walk, regardless of how difficult it gets.
"Hmph, you just love to twist my words." Qin Xue huffed and rolled her eyes at Chu Molin.
