"Chu Molin, come quickly. You go help me pack some clothes, and grab the bag I've prepared. Here's a telegram, you should read it. I'm going to tell Lele, and ask her to look after the children." Qin Xue quickly stuffed the telegram into his arms and then ran off.
"Xue'er, I'll come with you," Chu Molin replied, unfolding the telegram. After calling out to Qin Xue, who had already run off, he walked back to the room to fetch her bag as she had asked.
"What's happened?" Xue Ling asked, observing Chu Molin's actions.
"You should read this, I have no time to explain now." Chu Molin handed the telegram over to Xue Ling, and began to gather his own belongings and his wife's things.
"I knew this would happen," Xue Ling murmured. She had sensed something amiss, but didn't know the specifics.
"What do you mean by 'I knew this would happen'?" Qin Xue entered the room from talking with her sister to check on her husband's progress and heard Xue Ling's words.
