Lina Miller nodded, then got up to leave. Just as she did, Ivy Aretha gently pulled her back down. "It's alright. I just want to ask Mario something. You don't have to avoid that!"
She was just showing respect for her, not intending her to leave.
Mario Jensen glanced at Lina, then turned to Ivy. "Ivy, what do you want to ask?"
"I want to know about what you said last time at the primary forest in Andara Ancient Town. You said that the primary forest and I were connected. How did you know that? Can you tell me what you know?"
Originally, she had thought this was just a conflict between Mario Jensen and Michael Gordon, so she didn't think much of it. Moreover, she later recalled the incident with David Aretha's daughter, and Michael had helped her investigate. She didn't expect to learn only now that she was merely an adopted daughter.
