"Ever since I inherited KM Place, those people have always wanted me dead."
To her surprise, he actually answered her question.
"The last time, that place, was it your home?" Lewis Harrison suddenly asked after a moment of silence in the car.
Camila Walker looked at him through the corner of her eyes.
Last time?
"No, that was my parents' house."
"Then where is your home?" he continued to ask.
Camila Walker was somewhat puzzled and turned to look at him. Could it be that he wanted to take her home?
"How about you drop me off here, and I'll take a cab back."
"Address."
"..."
Camila Walker turned her head, confused by his persistence.
He didn't like her very much, so why insist on taking her back? Was it because he was worried those people might catch up?
But even so, she had nothing to do with those people, and even if they did catch up, they couldn't possibly do anything to her, could they?
