Suddenly, the door to Roosevelt's office was slammed open, and several armed Police officers streamed in, quickly aiming their guns at Jon and Ike, "Everyone, hands on your head and squat down!"
"Fuck!" Jon hadn't expected the Police to arrive so quickly, but faced with the dark muzzles of the guns, he had no courage to resist and obediently did as he was told.
Meanwhile, Ike, who was still leisurely smoking, nonchalantly pulled out his own Handgun while saying, "Don't forget our agreement, Mr. Jon. We will be rescued."
Ike's reaching into his coat caused the American Police officers to be alert, and coupled with the homicide that had occurred, it directly led to a gunfight in the office.
Ike killed a Police officer, but the price was his own life as he was also killed by the Police, and his actions inadvertently led to Jon being shot twice, collapsing to the ground and wailing.
