Anthony Davis had seen too many daughters of wealthy families and socialites dine with elegance, each eating so very little as if one extra bite would tarnish their image. None of them were like Scarlett Glenn, who dared to eat uninhibitedly in his presence, just as she said, she wasn't picky; being full was all that mattered.
She would eat her food in big mouthfuls, as if no matter what she ate, it always tasted exceptionally delicious.
After eating for a while, Scarlett Glenn noticed something was off and looked up to find Anthony Davis watching her. His gaze made her feel somewhat uncomfortable. She swallowed the food in her mouth and asked, "You... why aren't you eating?"
Anthony Davis smiled, "I'm not too hungry at the moment, and you've just woken up today; you shouldn't eat too much. Plus, you have a weak stomach, so eating until you're about eighty or ninety percent full is enough. Any more... might lead to indigestion."
