Ethan Herd chuckled, "I'm not coming back for dinner tonight, you two enjoy."
Before Ethan could finish speaking, he was already running off, knowing that if Gemma York had taken a hand to Nathaniel York, it must have been a last resort; otherwise, he would never have turned against his own nephew.
This action also made Ethan realize that the truth was within arm's reach, otherwise, unless their brains had been caught in a door, they wouldn't have resorted to such extremes.
When Ethan arrived at the Police Station, it was already dark. Seeing Nathaniel York, he teased, "Seeing you in here makes me feel... pretty good, actually."
Nathaniel York was in good spirits and nodded, "I feel pretty good too, but you've arrived quite late."
Ethan, stroking his chin, said, "I actually think I'm too early. I feel like if I'd waited for you to be locked up for three or four days before coming over, then I'd see if your spirits could still be this high."
