Gamma Young was cursing in his mind: Why the hell did you have to look for me in the dead of night, between two and three o'clock? Couldn't you have picked some other time?
A moment ago, he was scared out of his wits, it was as if he had seen a ghost.
"Second Uncle...You...You were saying..." No matter how much he was cursing in his mind, when Gamma Young spoke, it was still like a meek grandson.
Dylan Young took out a cigarette, lit it and in the faint glow of the cigarette butt, his face was revealed. He grunted, "How did you fall?"
Gamma Young licked his lips: "I was... I was smoking and I slipped... and fell."
Dylan Young slowly blew out a smoke ring without a word, the room quickly filled up with the pungent smell of smoke. He didn't speak, quietly taking drags from his cigarette. With the room lights off, it felt eerily quiet, the only sound was the faint crackling of the burning cigarette.
