Scarlett Glenn suddenly laughed while resting her head on Ethan Herd's shoulder.
"What are you laughing at during such a serious moment?"
Scarlett Glenn shook her head: "Just wait for a minute, let me finish laughing first. I just couldn't hold it in."
Ethan Herd grinded his teeth: "Hurry up then, I can't hold it in any longer either."
After laughing for a while, Scarlett Glenn wiped away her laughter-induced tears on Ethan's chest, hugged his head, bit his lip, and said: "Ethan Herd, you have to love me more, for longer…"
Ethan Herd rolled over and pressed her beneath him: "Do you even have to tell me that? Otherwise, how could I compete with all those wild men?"
It was just after 6 in the early morning, the sound of the chirping birds entered the bedroom from the window outside. Downstairs, the fifth sister-in-law was preparing breakfast, while Mrs. Herd still wasn't up.
