When Ethan Herd went downstairs in the morning, he smelled the strong aroma of ribs. He was puzzled as to why his mum would cook ribs so early in the morning. As it turned out, she didn't let him have any at breakfast and didn't ask if he wanted to go to the set. Instead, she handed him a box with the ribs inside and gave him a three-word instruction: "Take it there!"
Scarlett Glenn felt a long-lost happiness from being cared for in this way. The skincare products she used earlier were from Mrs. Herd, and the food she ate was also made by Mrs. Herd. Despite not being related, Scarlett Glenn smiled and opened the ribs. There was also a thermos containing two veggie buns and some white porridge.
Scarlett Glenn asked Ethan, "Have you had any?"
Ethan pouted, "I didn't dare to eat any. My mum said I can't take your food..."
