Scarlett Glenn let out a breath, blowing a strand of her bangs. She seemed to have realized that every time she did something bad, there was always someone who witnessed it. What kind of luck was that? Was she not allowed to be a proper bad girl?
Ollie Cohen glanced at Scarlett Glenn's hand. It was beautiful. Her face was beautiful as well. But her heart, it was incredibly ruthless.
A woman abusing another woman? It amazed him that she could even suggest it.
"You can't mess with Debby Shane's background. If she really retaliated, you wouldn't be able to handle it."
Scarlett Glenn looked at her own hand. Because she had hit with so much force earlier, her palm was still red. She coldly responded, "If I was really scared of her background, I wouldn't have lifted my hand in the first place. Once I did, my fear disappeared."
Ollie Cohen laughed, "A girl should always seek a man who can protect her."
Scarlett Glenn shot him a glance, "Are you offering to be that man?"
