Scarlett's scenes were scheduled for the afternoon, so she could have a good rest in the morning.
At 8:30 in the morning, Thomas went out and bought Scarlett's breakfast. Remembering the doctor's instructions, he made sure she had three meals a day, especially breakfast.
Early in the morning, Thomas went out and bought millet porridge, which was supposed to be beneficial to the stomach, and a few veggie buns. He rushed to deliver them to Scarlett.
But who could tell him why a man was the one opening the door, and why it was the man he feared and disliked the most in his heart?
Thomas was dumbfounded, glancing at the room number: "Sorry, I... might have... gotten the wrong room."
Thomas, still dazed, turned to leave.
"Come back..."
At the sound of the voice, Thomas shuddered, slowly turning back.
