Ethan Herd thought about it, "The Hotel, I guess everybody at the Davis Family home is probably resting by now."
On the road, Scarlett Glenn asked with a worried frown, "Has Mum not decided yet? Uncle has been in an especially bad mood these days, you can feel the chill coming off of him from a distance, and Freddy caught a cold."
The past two days at home have not been easy; Anthony Davis's silent oppression made everyone speak with bated breath, afraid of provoking his anger.
Ethan shook his head, "My Mum is actually the ostrich type; the more you push her, the harder she sticks her head in the sand. Let her think it over by herself."
Scarlett Glenn rested her chin on her hand and said, "Do you think it could be that Mum... she simply doesn't like Uncle, and from the very beginning, I was the one who made a mistake?"
