Anton Cook finished work early and drove to the Benefit University South Gate, a route he was now quite familiar with.
He bought a cup of hot flower tea from a cafe and kept it warm in his pocket. As soon as he saw Aubree Groove walking out, he quickly walked towards her.
"Aubree."
The lights at the south gate were flickering. The area was desolate; very few students used this gate, especially late at night.
The two chose this spot to avoid public gaze.
Under the light, Aubree's face was extraordinarily pale. Anton's heart tightened subconsciously, and he held her hand.
The coldness of her hand furrowed his brows.
"Why are you so cold?"
As he spoke, he gave her the hot flower tea, "Let's get back quickly."
Aubree let him hold her hand, his large palm was broad, warm, and once linked, she didn't want to let go.
"Tomorrow is Saturday."
Anton Cook looked back at her: "What do you want to do?"
Aubree walked over and gently leaned into his arms.
