Sanny had been extremely busy with schoolwork recently, feeling exhausted. She remembered taking off her Buddha beads and placing them on her desk before bed two days ago. The next morning, the beads were gone.
Sanny searched for an entire day, asked every individual in the dorm, but no one knew anything. Eventually, she resorted to notifying the police.
