Gabriella squinted a bit, "Are you sure she's the ex-wife who stole your money?"
The man kneeling on the floor turned to look in Nikita Parker's direction. The sunlight was too blinding, he couldn't make out her face, but he nodded anyway: "Yes, that's right. Her name is Nikita Parker. I provided her with a home when she was most desperate. Yet she was ungrateful and stole my money and ran away. How do you suppose my son and I survive now?"
"So not only do you have a son, but you're also a fraud. What else do you have to say?"
