Liam Anderson and Amadeo Parker walked out together.
Not long after, someone gently knocked on the door. Aubree Groove opened it, but there was no one outside. Instead, a bag on the ground contained a blue uniform, the same as the one Amadeo was wearing.
This was the school uniform. It had a school emblem and a golden badge similar to the Cedar Forest emblem of the Silver Armor Guard.
Ten minutes later, the gentle voice of Liam sounded outside the door: "Are you ready?"
Aubree opened the door, Liam looked at her and smiled.
"It fits well," he said.
A fleeting sense of disappointment vanished in his eyes like a dragonfly skimming the surface of a pond.
Aubree, Liam, and Amadeo, headed to the cafeteria located south of the dormitory. They had to cross a lake on their way there and crossed paths with groups of uniformed students clutching textbooks and rushing about. None of them paid the three any attention, not even Liam, despite his status as Crown Prince.
