"A man?" Kiara felt a bit strange. Rico Clark has friends?
"Yes, a young man. You guys had just left for a few minutes when he arrived. He wasn't in there for five minutes before Clark came out carrying a bag with him. The bag looked pretty big, so I asked him where he was going, and he said he was going to get treatment and wouldn't be back for a while."
"What did the man look like?"
"I didn't get a good look, he was wearing a hat and sunglasses, but he was pretty tall."
Kiara found the situation strange and talked it over with Mario Yuno on the way home.
"Clark's kind of illness would require a lot of money, so why didn't he ask me for money if he was going for treatment?"
Mario Yuno found it puzzling too, "Give Arlong a call and see if he asked him for any money."
Rico Clark was the kind of man who would borrow from anyone around him. How could he possibly miss out on Arlong and Kiara?
"Arlong, has Rico Clark contacted you?" Kiara got straight to the point.
