Joel Russo's body was slightly bent by the force of Arabella Vanderbilt's tug, leaning down towards her.
There was only a short distance of a few inches between the two.
Their breath infused the air with warmth, steaming and fermenting between them.
Arabella's eyes, muddled with alcohol, blinked softly with a hint of haziness.
"Are you done?" As her crimson lips parted and closed, a faint scent of alcohol wafted from between them.
"...Yeah."
"That's good, I... have been waiting for you a long time... It's cold here..."
Joel's dark pupils darkened, and the hand that lay across her waist tightened slightly.
"Why didn't you wait for me in the car?"
"Stuffy... can't breathe..."
"Shall we get in the car now?"
Arabella smiled and nodded, "Okay."
As she spoke, she moved a little but then realized Joel hadn't let go of her.
Arabella lifted her eyes to look at him.
She urged, "Get in the car."
"Mhm."
