Joel Russo eventually let Arabella go, sensing that her body had been tense from the beginning to the end. He slightly curved his lips, carrying a hint of charm in his dark and deep eyes.
"Nervous?"
Arabella didn't speak, but the rigidity in her eyes as she looked at him was something he could still discern.
He leaned over and kissed her chin, "Don't worry, I'm seriously pursuing you. I won't take you lightly until you nod in agreement, but don't make me wait too long, okay?"
Arabella let out a slight sigh of relief.
Joel Russo released her, extended his long arm, and picked up Arabella's bag from the side, handing it to her.
"Take out the two lipsticks your friend gave you."
Arabella asked, puzzled, "What for?"
Despite saying this, she still took out the lipsticks.
Joel Russo grabbed the two lipsticks from her palm into his hand.
"You're not allowed to use them."
"Why?!"
