She felt as if she had been struck by lightning, because she could never imagine that Brady Anderson would set her up behind her back.
"I've asked very clearly. They have honestly never heard of your name. That's the absolute truth. I have to go now since my cousin is busy. I can't talk much longer."
"Cousin... Cousin, could you please find out exactly what happened? I really want to know the truth." Tears welled up in Annie's eyes, and she was very serious this time.
