This time, Jasper Baldwin turned around again, but he didn't look back. Emotions are leaving him exhausted, he thought, he really needs a good rest.
Harper Morgan watched as Jasper Baldwin left, but she didn't stand or had any authority to withhold him. She was no longer his someone, barely an agent to his ex-partner.

Jasper Baldwin entered the underground garage alone, with no company. Then, he saw Jasmine Moore, the same woman he had just had an encounter with, and her agent in the garage.
"Do you have some time for a drink, Liam?"
"I'm sorry, Miss Moore, how about another day?" Jasper Baldwin gently declined.
"Are you not afraid that I'll bother your ex-agent again?" Jasmine Moore in a dignified and generous manner whilst smiling asked Jasper Baldwin, "It's just a drink, and I promise, just one drink."
Jasper Baldwin was no idiot, he of course knew her purpose.
