Anthony Lewis, unable to resist his girlfriend's constant nagging, had for the first time visited Noah Clarke's apartment in ages. Unexpectedly, a three or four-year-old little girl was the one who opened the door. Naturally, with her strength, she would not have been able to open it on her own, which led Anthony to cast a surprised look at Noah, who was standing behind the little girl.
He appeared pale and was drenched in cold sweat from his forehead, a clear sign that he was quite ill.
Unable to make sense of the situation before him, he had to ask, "Are you alright? Who is this child?"
"My sister's kid..."
"Where did you get a sister?" Anthony directly called him out, "Why would your sister's child look so much like you?"
