Spotting Ashton's confusion, Henley Donovan immediately made a phone call to confirm with people in the circle, only to realize that they both had made a fatal mistake.

"The reason why Monica Baldwin could confidently appear at the Marinelle Art Showroom was that there was no conflict of schedule. Windscapes' celebrity interviews had been rescheduled to one hour later starting from a few episodes back. We just overlooked this detail."
From the past, everyone remembered that the broadcast time for Windscapes was eight o'clock in the evening. So, even though the rescheduling announcement was made a long time ago, Ashton still didn't pay much attention to it, thinking that the broadcast time of Windscapes had not changed.
