"Miss Mason, rinse your mouth quickly."
Alexander Stuart picked up the lukewarm water again and handed it to her. Tercy Mason reached out to grab it, inadvertently catching hold of his hand--
The two were immediately awkward.
Fortunately, Alexander let go quickly, and Tercy nonchalantly brought it to her lips, tilting her head back, and took a few sips.
"Miss Mason, eat some more food to help calm the spice," Alexander prepared an empty dish for her, choosing some of the warmer food from the plates, and placed it in front of her.
"Thank you."
Tercy picked up her chopsticks and really ate, without any pretense or hesitation, very openly, and almost finished everything.
This greatly surprised Alexander.
She accepted his service!
And she was also very polite to him, eating every last bit.
So, she shouldn't drink any more, right?
But the reality proved him wrong.
