"Such a small fry!"
Charlotte Gale didn't even take Ella Lacey into consideration. Weight, strength, she was outmatched!
To Charlotte, throwing Ella into the creek was as easy as stepping on an ant.
"Are you jumping into the water yourself, or should I assist you?" Charlotte was full of intimidating arrogance.
"Only a fool would jump on their own," Ella remained unmoved, not an ounce of fear was apparent.
"So, you're waiting for my assistance, are you?" Charlotte stared at her arrogantly.
"If you have the guts, come on then," Ella stood her ground, incredibly calm.
"Hurry up, Charlotte! Stop dawdling!" Ruby Carter, seeing no one around, urged her to take action.
Charlotte moved next to Ella, grabbed her thin arm, and swung it to throw her into the creek, "Go join the ghosts!"
In a critical moment, Ella was unhurried, pulling a white silver needle from her ring space and quickly stabbing it into Charlotte's palm.
"Ouch!"
