Norman gestured for Ella to take the call.
She picked up the phone and said awkwardly, "Hello, I am Ella Thompson."
"Hello, Miss Thompson. I am from the external relations department of the King's office. Firstly, I want to apologize. Your national civil service test results were mistakenly evaluated due to staff negligence. The scores have been corrected, and you ranked first. You may check online on the official website.
