"Quite possibly," agreed Dilbert Walker, "Should we ask Miss Ella? Maybe that place could help us in investigating Vermes Marley?"

Arthur Lindsey measured his words and set down his documents, saying, "I don't want Ella to feel unsafe at school. Her job is to study, she doesn't need to assist us with anything."
