The students were holding their breath in anticipation of the final result, all eyes were focused on the podium, an ocean of eager anticipation!
Even during normal classes, it was impossible for all students to look up and pay attention to the podium, such was the extent of their anticipation, dying to know how many points Ella Lacey could score?
Thirty minutes later.
Tiffany Gasper put down her red pen, stood up, and tantalizingly said, "Classmates, guess how Ella Lacey did?"
The students in the front row looked at her emotionless face, unable to penetrate her thoughts, "Just average?"
The ones in the middle guessed higher, "It should be a good score."
The clique at the back, represented by Ginny Harl, were unanimously pessimistic, "She must have flunked it!"
Proudly standing at the podium, Tiffany Gasper, listened to the students' varied guesses, a faint smile was painted across her face as she asked, "Ella, what do you expect your score to be?"
