Muse Bar.
This was Ella Lacey's second time here, and she still felt nervous.
Cutting through the wild dancing crowd on the dance floor, Sally Jefferson led her into a private room on the second floor.
The room was dimly lit, with intermingling colors creating an enchanting atmosphere.
Ella Lacey sat nervously in the corner of a sofa as Sally snapped her fingers to summon a server, ordering, "Bring us ten crates of Qingdao beer."
"Ten crates?"
Ella's mouth hung open in shock.
"Don't worry, Ella, it's not just the two of us. I've invited some friends." Sally was giving her a strange look.
"Who is it?" Ella, for no apparent reason, felt a little anxious.
"You'll see soon," Sally responded.
Coming closer, Sally sat next to Ella and asked, "How do you find the university life?"
"It's okay," Ella replied, biting her lip.
"Aren't you curious about what I've been doing since I didn't get into university?"
