Ella Lacey watched it cry so sadly, even sadder than when it had first called for help, and she felt somewhat down too.
In truth, she didn't want to part from this little creature, she found it so charming!
In a city of concrete and steel, how could she encounter such a spiritual creature? It was impossible!
She walked back over, crouched in front of it, reached out with a small hand to wipe the tears from its face, "Little sprite, I'll miss you too, but I really have to go... What should I do, boo hoo…"
"Chirp..."
The little sprite let out a sound, suddenly jumped onto her shoulder, and it's lake blue eyes pointed ahead—
"Little sprite, are you asking me to take you with me?" Ella Lacey's eyes brightened, and she stood up.
"Chirp!" The little sprite replied quickly and crisply, bouncing up and down on her shoulder.
"Really?!"
Ella Lacey was greatly surprised.
She had never expected that the little one would be willing to go with her!
