Romney Queens had just driven into Bay City Urban District when Jaylene Ziel's mobile phone rang; it was Joseph Thompson calling. She pressed the answer button, listened for a moment, and then her whole person seemed to freeze in shock.
"What's wrong?" Romney, who was driving the car, asked anxiously.
"Joseph Thompson said he had a car accident," Jaylene stammered, her tongue seemingly tied in her nervousness.
"Is Joseph hurt?" It seemed Romney wasn't surprised by the news of Joseph's car accident; he was only concerned about whether Joseph was injured or not.
"He said his condition isn't serious, but the condition of the car that hit him seems very bad. They're on the way to Hospital No.2 right now. We should hurry over," she said.
Jaylene was truly frightened, her voice trembling as she spoke.
"Okay, I understand." Romney quickly changed lanes and headed towards Hospital No.2.
