Early the next day, as Joseph Thompson arrived at the company, Filbert Schmidt reported to him the results of the surveillance and investigation from the night before.
"Director Thompson, last night someone was sent to scout out Mansion Court. The owner of Mansion Court is William Davis, who just returned from the United States over a month ago, and Mansion Court has only been open for a month as well, but business seems to be booming," Schmidt briefed Joseph Thompson on the reconnaissance work from last night. To gather this information, two of his men had infiltrated Mansion Court, posing as major clients to meet Davis.
"William Davis?" Joseph Thompson frowned, "Do you have a photo?"
"Of course," Schmidt immediately handed the USB drive to Joseph Thompson, who quickly plugged it into the computer, and soon after, a photo of William Davis appeared on the screen.
"He does look like Hendrick Crawford," Thompson's brow furrowed slightly, "Have you investigated Davis's background?"
