Jaylene and Joseph Thompson originally thought there would be fewer people in the Civil Affairs Bureau in the afternoon because there were too many people when they handled their marriage certificate in the morning last year.
But who knew, when they drove to the Civil Affairs Bureau and saw that the crowd wasn't fewer than in the morning and that a long line had already formed.
"What's going on?" Joseph Thompson couldn't help muttering before getting out of the car: "Had we known there were so many people, we should have come at noon without eating."
Jaylene laughed when she heard this and comforted him: "It's okay, we have an entire afternoon, we'll wait slowly, we could just be the last couple to get the marriage certificate."
Joseph Thompson nodded, and they naturally walked into the hall, looking at the long line, he said to Jaylene, "You queue, give me your documents, I'll go and fill in the information, this should be quicker."
