Jane Cavill walked out the hall door and came into the courtyard, looking at her daughter drawing with the child, her face full of worries, she said, "What should we do, Belinda? Why won't this woman leave me alone?"
Belinda Campbell smiled bitterly at her mother's words, "This kind of thing, how can I participate in the discussion? Today, my elder brother and sister-in-law are all here, let them decide for themselves. Besides, I think Allen Spencer seems to want to be with Aurora Richardson still."
"He's just blinded by lust," Jane Cavill gasped with anger, "Before, we thought the adopted daughter-in-law your eldest brother brought back wasn't good enough, but now, even Jasmine is better than this enchantress."
Belinda Campbell persuaded her mother: "Mom, what have you become? The descendants have their own fortunes, and besides, Miss Richardson is a pianist and a rich young lady of the Richardson Family; to be associated with us is considered marrying up."
