Aurora finished speaking and pushed open the door of the recreation hall, grabbing the roses on the tea table and shoving them into Joseph's hands.
"Leave with your words now, Joseph. I can't, and I won't continue to waste my youth on you. It's over between us!"
Joseph fumbled to hold the wilting roses, looking at her with a pained expression, "Aurora, can't you not be like this? We've been together for so many years... You see, I've been waiting for you to come out of your coma, right?"
"Don't mention that I was in a coma!" Aurora was infuriated at the mention of it, "Joseph, you should know why I was in a coma. But what about you? You got married to another woman before I woke up. You..."
"Aurora, didn't I divorce her for you later?" Joseph continued to plead, "Aurora, trust me, it won't be long before I can get better..."
"Not long? Do you think I'm a fool?"
