Five minutes left before the end of work, Jaylene's mobile phone began to vibrate. She hesitated a bit, then frowned, deciding not to answer the call.
She had a habit of not answering personal calls during work hours. Although work was nearly over, there were still four to five minutes left, and taking a personal call would not look good.
Besides, nobody usually calls her at noon. Without even checking, she knew it must be that bored pregnant woman making the call. It couldn't be anything too important.
So she chose to ignore it and continue working. The vibration wasn't too loud. If she didn't answer the phone, the caller would assume she hadn't heard it.
The vibration stopped after a while. She finished her last few minutes of work and was about to go to the restroom when her phone vibrated again.
